The Xdrill® – Hydro Sinus Lifting surgical kit is designed to give access to the maxillary sinus cavities floor with contextual Schneider membrane lifting through a crestal approach and hydro sinus lifting membrane detachment technique. It fulfils its purpose in maxillary sinus augmentation technique, in edentulous portions with vertical bone loss (max. 7mm bone thickness).
